The multi-point lubricator & nbsp; SKF MultiPoint & nbsp; with electromechanical drive is a simple, self-assembled central lubrication system. There are three versions of the device, adapted to different supply voltage.

The SKF TLMP series automatic multi-point lubricator reliably handles multiple lubrication points. This robust lubrication system is delivered as a complete kit, including a lubricator and the necessary piping and fittings. Designed to handle from one to eighteen points of lubrication, devices from the TLMP series have plugged outlets and are easy to install and program thanks to the keypad with LED screen.

WIDE APPLICATION

This versatile grease gun, with a reservoir capacity close to one liter, is equipped with an agitator to prevent separation of grease components, making it suitable for a wider range of lubricants. The durable products of the TLMP series are characterized by a high degree of IP protection, are resistant to vibration and flushing of equipment, and prevent the ingress of contamination. The unit also allows control from the machine level, consisting in temporarily stopping lubrication by disconnecting the power supply.

The pump and the progressive dispenser are delivered complete with hoses, quick couplings and instructions in Polish.

The SKF TLGB 20 grease gun was developed to achieve maximum mobility while maintaining the highest possible efficiency. It has an integrated rechargeable battery and a grease counter to help prevent both over and under lubrication. The device is characterized by a durable and ergonomic design, and the comfort and convenience of use is ensured by a three-point bracket. The lithium-ion battery maintains a stable output power of the lubricator and guarantees long-term operation - it allows you to empty up to 15 containers with grease on a single charge.

The battery-powered SKF TLGB 20 grease gun is designed for maximum performance. It has a built-in grease dispenser to avoid both over-lubrication and under-lubrication. This unique device is characterized by a durable and ergonomic design. A tripod on a foot provides the operator with comfort and convenience, and the lithium-ion battery enables long-term work.

READY TO WORK IN ANY SITUATION

The display of the instrument shows the battery charge level, the dosed amount of grease, the speed of the pump or engine and information about any blocked lubrication points. This versatile piston grease gun offers a two-stage flow rate adjustment: for low and high levels. When fully charged, the battery can use up to fifteen grease reservoirs. TLGB 20 generates a pressure of up to 700 bar (10,000 psi) and illuminates the working area with a built-in lamp.

The airless oil spray system SKF ChainLube CLK is a food safe, reliable, easy-to-use solution for accurate automatic lubrication of your roller chain.

SAFETY AND RELIABILITY

This system includes a central unit that accurately delivers the metered amount of lubricant to the friction points of the individual chain links during chain operation. The control unit is preset to a specific dosing frequency of the lubricant. Airless spray nozzles do not mechanically come into contact with the chain, minimizing applicator wear and debris build-up. The main components of the system are corrosion resistant and are suitable for a wide temperature range.
