PSD80 - Profile Linear Module with Ball Screw
The HepcoMotion PSD80 is the new propeller linear module most commonly used with the two popular and economical HepcoMotion products - PDU2 (Drive Belt Module) and the larger PSD120 module. The PSD 80 shares the use of Hepco Herculane® with the two previous products - internally running wheels actuated by a stainless steel lead screw. Various screw designs are available on request. The module is secured with a stainless steel sealing strip. Lead screws are available in sizes: 4, 15, 25 & amp; 70mm, which ensures the achievable trolley speeds from zero to 1m / s. Trolleys from the PSD 80 module are characterized by a load capacity of up to 500N, as well as a resistance load of up to 300N. The PSD 80 module beam is compatible with the Hepco MCS aluminum structure system, thanks to which the PSD 80 can be assembled into a multi-axis system together with the PDU2 and PDU2M modules.
