By blows of a hammer into the mounting sleeve, tightly fitted inner rings are inserted onto the spigot or outer rings into the housing. The transmission of assembly forces through the rolling parts and raceways should be avoided as they may be damaged. Precision-crafted tools ensure that assembly forces are transferred evenly across the faces of the bearing rings.
In the FITTING-TOOL-ALU-10-50 set, the mounting sleeves are made of aluminum and the mounting rings are made of plastic. Handling the various elements is convenient.

Various tools can also be used for assembly on workshop presses.
