Induction heater

The SKF TIH 100M is a medium sized induction heater and is designed for the hot mounting of bearings. This compact heater is ideal for use on workbenches and can easily be transported to on-site applications with the optional heater trolley TIH T1. The heater is supplied with a swivel yoke and two optional yokes for smaller bearings. The TIH 100M can heat small bearings with a bore diameter of just 20 mm and larger bearings with a maximum weight of 120 kg.

Supplied with a swivel yoke and two smaller yokes, located in an interated storae compartment.
Easy and safe to use with automatic temperature control or time controlled heating.
Automatic demanetization reduces risk of bearing contamination.
Suitable for non-bearing applications for workpieces weihin up to 60 kg.
Automatic temperature hold function to keep the bearing hot after completion of the heatin cycle.
