TIH 100M/230V SKF

Induction heater

The SKF TIH 100M is a medium sized induction heater and is designed for the hot mounting of bearings. This compact heater is ideal for use on workbenches and can easily be transported to on-site applications with the optional heater trolley TIH T1. The heater is supplied with a swivel yoke and two optional yokes for smaller bearings. The TIH 100M can heat small bearings with a bore diameter of just 20 mm and larger bearings with a maximum weight of 120 kg.
  • Supplied with a swivel yoke and two smaller yokes, located in an interated storae compartment.
  • Easy and safe to use with automatic temperature control or time controlled heating.
  • Automatic demanetization reduces risk of bearing contamination.
  • Suitable for non-bearing applications for workpieces weihin up to 60 kg.
  • Automatic temperature hold function to keep the bearing hot after completion of the heatin cycle.
