The pre-holiday period is an exceptionally busy time. A large part of courier company fleets is busy helping Santa Claus deliver presents, while road conditions may surprise both drivers and road services.
In order to provide you with our usual high standard of service and ensure timely deliveries, we would like to remind you of our opening hours during the pre-holiday period.

In order to provide you with the highest quality of service and ensure timely deliveries, we would like to remind you that the holiday season is a period of intensive work for the entire transport industry. Due to the significantly increased number of shipments handled by our partner courier companies during this time, we kindly ask you to place your orders in advance and to be understanding in the event of delays caused by weather conditions or the specific nature of this exceptional period.
The holiday season is also a time of public holidays.
Please note that during the holiday period our company will be closed on the following days:
- Public holidays – December 24–26,
- December 31 and New Year’s Day – January 1,
- Epiphany (Three Kings’ Day) – January 6.
During the Christmas period, the number of available staff may be lower than normal and their availability may be limited. Therefore, we kindly ask you to place your orders in advance and to be understanding if order processing times are longer than standard.
