Flex (tyre) couplings are designed to accommodate misalignment and shock loads and dampen vibration levels. These easy to install, vitually maintenance-free couplings consist of 2 flanges and 1 tyre. The flanges are phosphate coated for improved corrosion resistance, and the flex tyres are available in chloroprene for fire-resistance and anti-static (FRAS) properties.
