In the recent re-production of this proven and highly reliable system, Hepco has expanded the selection of System options available to line it up with the rest of the products. The new treadmill and wheel sizes can be used at higher temperatures than before, in a vacuum or in rooms with more stringent cleanliness requirements. In addition, the designed additional equipment, such as wheel covers, grease nipples, additionally extend the working time. Thanks to the introduced facilities, the Dual Vee System can be used in most working conditions: from light to heavy. In addition, parts are available in both stainless steel and carbon steel versions.
Each Dual Vee system consists of three basic components: guide, track rollers, and couplings - which can be supplied separately for maximum design flexibility and cost efficiency.

The system is based on a system of double-row angular contact bearings. Conforming to standard Hepco-V-track technology, the Dual Vee features opposing eccentric and concentric nuts for a simple and effective mounting method with adjustable clearance between the raceway and wheels. The rolling motion between the wheels and the guide ensures a self-cleaning effect, which makes the system ideal for use also in a polluted environment.

Dual Vee is available in 6 standard sizes, both in rubber-sealed and metal-sealed versions, which ensures the required level of protection. The possible speed of the Dual Vee system is estimated to be above 8m / s. Acceleration by 3 m / s2 can be achieved through the designed circular bearing raceway and the special cage structure. Comparing the Hepco system to closed ball systems, the Dual Vee is 50% quieter and much cheaper.

The contact connection of rollers and raceways, easily achieved with the Dual Vee, enables virtually any stroke length to be achieved. The single guide is available in 4 sizes and can be supplied up to a length of 6 m, with or without holes as standard, to suit individual customer needs.
