High temperature / vacuum rollers also available with SL2 system

The development of HepcoMotion's universal skates capable of running in high temperatures and undercutting applications has brought designers two important benefits:

• First, rolls can be used for work & nbsp; at a temperature of up to 200 ° C. For comparison, the use of a plastic cage in bearings means that competitive products cannot be used in similar operating conditions.

• Secondly, the new HEPCO rollers are compatible with the HepcoMotion SL2 series of linear technology components & nbsp; (Stainless Guide System) and can therefore be defined as high-quality components of a linear system, ready for immediate use and maintenance-free.

The construction of the rollers itself uses several standard elements from the SL2 series, allowing it to quickly adapt to both high temperature and the requirements of working in a vacuum system. The inner and outer races of the rollers are made of 400 ° CC stainless steel, while the seals and cage are TDC coated (anti-corrosive coating).

The rollers are adapted to work in high temperature or under conditions with the use of special lubricants.
